Supabase dashboard shows only spinner after login - Unable to access Supabase dashboard – session keeps timing out

Hey everyone,



I’m running into a weird issue with the Supabase dashboard:

After logging in, I only see the loading spinner — nothing loads.

After a while, it shows a "Session timed out" message saying:
"Your session has timed out. Please sign in again. If the issue persists, generate a HAR file and contact support."

I’ve already tried:

Incognito mode + different browsers

Cleared cookies/cache

Disabled extensions

Switched networks (even tried mobile hotspot)

Still no luck.

I have this issue, and it is really annoying, I cannot even contact support as in the alert.

Try a different browser, then a device and/or a vpn.
This is usually a short term error in the original browser.
Supabase is seeking a HAR file for failing cases: https://github.com/orgs/supabase/discussions/36540

I tried different browser and yes it works without issue .. I hope it gets fixed soon on original browser.
Regarding HAR I need to learn about it, I have no idea what credentials it holds yet.

Your original browser should start working after awhile if it is the bug they can’t reproduce

The problem is solved and I can login now in the original browser.

Ran into the same issue. Temporarily will use another browser than Chrome as suggest, hope it can be fixed soon 🙏

For any Safari users experiencing this, I seem to have got around this issue by disabling Adguard on the site.

Facing same issue with google chrome browser. It's not working even I open guest profile.

everybody is only facing this on chrome but i am experiencing it everywhere on planet earth on my account please somebody help i have tried everything vpn mobile network brave browser chrome on mobile incognito everything that i can think of removing cookies and whatever it is obviously an account issue

No if it is the generic "state" issue the Dashboard is having, it randomly locks up on any browser. Then another browser, device or vpn is needed to get over it until the original browser starts working again. Supabase is asking for HAR files be sent to support to try and figure out the issue as so far they have not.

But it should not be a regular thing for you. Otherwise you likely have another issue and should start a specific discussion on it or contact support.

Same happening here. Chrome only. Even cleared my browser site data...nada.

Safari works fine.

And in a day or so Chrome should start working again.
