I'm facing a critical issue and need urgent help. My project has been completely inaccessible for over four days.

The project is stuck on the "We are provisioning your database and API endpoints" screen. I tried to restore it from a paused state four days ago, and it has been stuck ever since.

Due to this, my project is completely down. I cannot access my dashboard, my data, or any of my project settings. I have already tried to contact support via the official form but have not received a response.

Could you please investigate this critical issue and restore my project as soon as possible?
