Error adding a team member

Hello - I am receiving an error while adding members to my project.

Failed to update member role: You attempted to send email to an inactive recipient ([email protected]). If you believe this is an error or you're confident the email is valid, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

I have reached out to [email protected] but still no response. The full history of this issue is that i was able to add this same user once while we had an issue with our email server. It wasn't accepting emails from non-company domain this may have created the illusion to supabase that the delivery of email to this id is not working. Once we fixed the issue I tried to resend but got an error - I tried to delete but now it isn't allowing me to add.

P.S I email above has been modified to protect user privacy but I can confirm its a valid email.
