Width and Height Restrictions

Can we overide the height and width restrictions and why are they set at 20 inches?

I have no idea why the size restriction but I have just changed it in line 982 of create_map_poster.py to generate an A2 poster (16.5x23.4 inches) - and it worked :)

Yeah I changed the code too. What I found was the map lost resolution and quality when the size increased.
