Describe the bug

I struggled a lot with the documentation provided right now.
Only after this comment I got it to work. I didn't find this part of required configuration nowhere in the documentation. So please add it.

Reproducing the bug

1. Follow the documentation (doesn't say "add refresh_token as grant_type")
2. Add grant_type refresh_token - then it works.

If I oversaw some documentation, please let me know, still I think it is not obvious what to do either way, since the links just redirected me to the same sites over and over again...so I think the documentation should be improved here.

What was your "journey" through the docs, like where did you start and where go from there?
