Activation keys API is slow/unstable

This is happening on my personal developers.redhat.com account. It's also been quite slow to load recently when it does work. Let's disable selecting an activation key automatically for now until they can get these issues resolved. We probably also need to report this to them, they may be unaware.

I see this error 503 Service Unavailable - maybe the gateway pod was not able to get the quay image

There was an expired certificate, the issue was resolved. I can see the activation keys are working reliably since the fix and the response is reasonably fast (takes around 1s). Can we close this?
