EPIC: Review Compliance Trestle Demos repo

Compliance Trestle demos repo has been created with the sole purpose of capturing demos, and a sample set of content for compliance-trestle.

Now, this repo has been setup some time ago and its lacking of renewal and updates on consistent basis. The idea of this first review is to go over the demos repo, understand what the demos are for, how they can be run and verify they are still running consistently
