Suggestion: Rename "stars and bars" to something less confederate

Oddly enough, I was thinking about this as I was doing a long drive this morning/afternoon. I could not think of anything good. "Sticks and stones" seems like a pretty good suggestion.

I like "Sticks and stones" if the goal is to minimize changing the presentation in the chapter. I use "balls and arrows" when teaching from this chapter to tell a more visual story about the counting process per https://blogs.adelaide.edu.au/maths-learning/2015/10/17/a-story-of-stars-and-bars/.
