📦 Moving to Flatpak

Hey everyone! We are slowly adding support for building Yin & Yang as a Flatpak, with the intention of making this the default distribution in the future. You will still be able to install Yin & Yang from source (using poetry), but we might remove the installation script.

Thanks to a huge amount of work by @chase9, we are now able to build and install Yin & Yang as a Flatpak. You can find instructions on how to do so in the readme. As always, any help is welcome! We need especially a lot of testers, as we support a lot of supported desktops and applications.
A proper release of the app on Flathub will come later.

We hope that this move will decrease friction in the installation procedure. If you have feedback or questions, let us know!
