As the final stage of the effort, we should enable the suite to run across all environments:

Each EU, US, Asia node individually
Each region LB
Main LB

DoD

Synthetic monitoring is enabled
Integrated into Slack alerting
Integrated into runs on schedule
Integrated into runs on merge to default branch
