Denom must be exact case match for price

When integrating sqs to another project, we realized that the case of the denom needs to be an exact match, (i.e. factory/dfsfa/WOSMO vs factory/dfsfa/wosmo are different).

We should just normalize the input so the caller doesn't have to reason about exact case matching.
