Why doesn't this project have a README?

I noticed that this project does not currently have a README file. Could you please add one or explain:

• The purpose of this project
• How to install and run it
• The requirements/dependencies
• Any other relevant usage or contribution guidelines

A README makes it much easier for users and contributors to understand and use the project. Thank you!
