Describe the bug
images with uppercase file extensions (e.g., .PNG) fail to load, even when the full file name is explicitly specified.
For example, an image named xxx.PNG does not display properly.

Additional context
Suggestion:
Consider implementing case-insensitive file extension handling to avoid strict limitations caused by uppercase or lowercase discrepancies.

I'm not sure if this is the expected behavior, considering that the Windows operating system does not strictly differentiate between uppercase and lowercase file extensions.

Sounds more like a NUI/CEF issue if the browser isn't handling file extensions properly?
