Block certain Items from beeing stolen or dropped/given to other players

Not really a Problem but a wish for certain Items to make them impossible to steal

Something that i can put under the Item in items.lua that those Items are blocked from giving them away or stealing/dropping

Would you be so kind and send me an example for idk like water to block stealing it? I tried to do it but then i cant even give it to myself anymore with Admin Command
