Building AppImages requires a newer version of Node.js #32

Trying to build AppImages (on Ubuntu 20.04) fails with:

ERROR: npm v10.5.0 is known not to run on Node.js v10.19.0.  This version of npm supports the following node versions: `^18.17.0 || >=20.5.0`. You can find the latest version at https://nodejs.org/.

Installing Node.js 18 via curl -fsSL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_18.x | sudo -E bash - fixes the issue.
