Hi @adammaj1, thanks for looking at this repository! It hasn't seen any action in quite some time.
I'd never heard of LIC until now. I did a look around and found a repository called PixelFlow that implements these kinds of visualizations. It sure would have been nice to have it when I was working on this project, and it might be a good way to improve this project.
I've often thought that the hardest thing to understand in MRI is actually 2D Fourier transform, and a visualization like LIC might be really helpful. If I ever come back to this it would be the first thing I'd work on. Of course I'd also love to see a different contributor take a swing at it!
