Expected behavior and actual behavior

Expected behavior:

• In CONTRIBUTING.md How to fork link is broken and points to a removed link(https://github.com/services/on-demand/intro-to-github/create-pull-request)

Actual behavior:

• It should point to exisiting link for steps to forking and cloning
• Correct link is "https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/collaborating-with-pull-requests/working-with-forks/fork-a-repo"

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Got to contributing.md
• click on How to fork
