The purpose of the About page(s) is to cover:

This page structure emulates the CycloneDX website. This page requires new / updated content for:

• Guiding Principles
• Governance
• Supporters
• History
• Branding

This content is at the Package-URL project level so the files should likely be created in the package-url/community repo.

@johnmhoran Please update the "TOC" for this page to match the topics listed above. We may not have some content, like Branding, for the first version of the website but it will be helpful to see the layout while we are working on it.

@mjherzog I've updated the demo inter alia to

• revise the About TOC -- all content pages are still Lorem ipsum placeholders (e.g., https://packageurl.jmh2025.xyz/docs/about/about-guiding-principles)
• flesh out the implementation table on the landing page (https://packageurl.jmh2025.xyz/ -- still a work-in-progress with a remaining handful of missing logos and website URLs)
• adjust the CSS (no, not yet cleaned up ;-) including for mobile-sized displays

This version of the About page has been deferred from v1.0 of the website to a future version. Keeping this issue for future reference.
