Create "dynamic" content for JSON schemas

We plan to use JSON Schema for Humans to produce "dynamic" documentation for the PURL and VERS schemas.
We should start with https://github.com/package-url/purl-spec/blob/main/schemas/purl-type-definition.schema-1.0.json to decide on the desired format.

@mjherzog I don't think there's any benefit to keeping this issue open -- overtaken by subsequent work, issues etc. Your thoughts?

We have implemented the HTML "dynamic" content for PURL and VERS in the current draft www.packageurl.org website.
