Change the usage response of the twitter configuration command #35

The current usage response doesn't really make sense to a normal user:
usage: $configure twitter KEY(username) VALUE

Upon attempting what I interpret of the above:
$configure twitter KEY(alazymeme) VALUE

It returns with the same usage response.

This makes more sense once you get to use the bot, maybe it's better off documented with the commands: #34
