Need the ability to use pb2test in whispers/admin channel, I can't be using tos words in the main bot's chat. I can understand why other commands aren't usable, but at least make that command usable.

Whenever possible, you should try to substitute the bad words since many of them probably can't be whispered anyway. This leads me to think there should be an API endpoint to check this, which should be available on the dashboard

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "substitute the ban words". In this scenario, I'm trying to test a phrase with special characters/font: https://i.nuuls.com/3rWw7.png

In that scenario, using whispers wouldn't work well either because some of those words just can't be whispered. A web solution using the same technology as !pb2test would always work.
