We are planning the Bootstrap Toggle 2023 roadmap, and we need your greats ideas to fill the roadmap!

Maintainers Provisional features and changes list

This year, we want to focus on the accessibility of the plugin according to WCAG. The preliminary list of changes and features identified are:

• Change toggleOn and toggleOff elements from label to span.
  • These can affect custom styles, so it will be tagged as a breaking change.
• If a label for the original checkbox is defined, clicking in the label will focus the toggle.
• Add title definition support for toggleOn and toggleOff elements via API and data attributes.
• Change on and off options to onlabel and offlabel.
• Change main interface to ECMAS.
