How to choose version magento to fetch before initproject #176

is there a way to do that before run initproject ? Default get latest dev branch but i got some issues and it not stable for dev from scratch. Can possible option to run from source locally
If i have core zip file of magento . I unzip it to magento2ce folder and only need run vagrant up
