Bot Permissions do Nothing in DM

Describe the bug

One of the settings avalible to a user in a Bot DM is 'Chat Permissions'. These chat permissions cannot really be altered. The only thing that can happen is they can be set to Admin (100) and then be unchangeable. Setting them to values other than 100 either doesn't change them, or sets them to 100.

They always default back to 50 after clicking in and out of the chat.

These chat permissions should be hidden since they are pointless, and otherwise take up UI space.
(Should be hidden in regular DMs too, since they are set to 100 and are unchangeable)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter the Bot DM settings
2. Change settings to any number besides 100, save and notice no change (or change to 100)
3. Click away, then re-enter Bot DM settings, see permissions set back to 50
