If Grammar Improvement popup stack is more than 2-3, ignore others

When typing in a language like german, a user can get a lot of grammar popups in a row. This fills their screen with a lot of extra confetti and lags the device. If there are more than 2-3 popups on the queue then the others should be ignored so the user is not bombarded.
