It would be helpful to create a page with information about upcoming and past Pangeo events

Was there a Summer Meeting-event in the US in 2022?

I see the documents from the 2019 meetings in Paris and Seattle, and the Denver 2023 meeting. I could create Past Events for these, while already writing up #54, if you think it would be helpful.
