Bugs in "history" display in PN

There are a couple of issues with the "history" display at the bottom of the page.

1. The links for "Editorial History" and "All History" no longer behave as I was expecting them to. Editorial history gives only the history from SOSOL's board activity (which I think is right); All history gives only the history from the EpiDoc <revisionDesc>, which is unintuitive (and also gives the impression that I made 75% of changes to all files ;-) ). It should either combine both RevisionDesc and Git histories, or have a different title ("Technical History"?)
2. the links to user accounts in "All History" are correct, but in Editorial history all the links have the form http://papyri.info/users/james.cowey , which is a 404 page. The correct link would be http://papyri.info/editor/users/james.cowey . This is a consistent error, so I presume a line of code somewhere has fallen out of sync?
