Motivation
Adding more transperancy to Polkadot

This is a suggestion, not an issue or a huge feature request.
In handling staking.nominate extrinsic here, adding staking.nominated event with the list of validators will add more transparency for the success of the operation, aligning with the rest of the behavior in the project.
