Application Crash during

Describe the bug
Client side error occurs while searching for info on effect@3.8.4. This causes the application to multiple request being hit to the server causing Too many requests error.

Expected behavior
The information on effect library would be shown and error is handled.

Looks like it is the same bug, so I will join this issue instead of creating a new one.
