Page not always Auto Reloading?

Patternlab often gets stuck at "Refreshing Browser" until you exit
Issue #324 figures out a way to "fix" the issue by simply saving twice. I am still having this issue on and off, occasionally it works fine with no issues and often I have to ctrl+c out and run patternlab:serve again. Any idea what a real solution to this would be?
