Chatbot: Message Notification Component

• Create new component to indicate when a new message comes in
• Interaction/result: what appears when the user has exited the chatbot but a new message came through after exit

Discussed design options with team. Notes from discussion:

• What if MVP uses cute circle and does update an aria-live region with new message but doesn’t touch any other parts of page yet?

• Sighted user and screenreader user will both have a cue

• Toasts in Round 2 maybe during Q1 - after conversation with Lisa to standardize across products

Red vs. blue:
Andrew suggested non-status red as an alternative to blue
Erin - blue was harder to notice
Go with red for now
