Animation: Feedback transitions

Feedback is the result of an interaction with an object. For example, clicking a button triggers a brief pressed state to confirm the feedback was received.
We have added animated hover states to our buttons and inputs but we have not yet address this clicked state with the exception of custom icons for Favorites, Settings and notifications. The goal is for design to provide subtle feedback patterns that can be applied across components.
