Adding a manual entry to a reference field? Is this possible?

I have a reference field for my mainNavigation

Now I also have some 'static' pages, that are not in the Pages collection, such as Blog, Privacy Policy, is it possible to add a manual entry to this relation? So when the user opens the dropdown, I see the pages from my collection, but also my manual entries?
