Describe the Bug

Got an error when trying to create a internal link in richtext editor to another document.

Lexical => JSX converter: Link converter: found internal link, but internalDocToHref is not provided

Reproduction Steps

  1. pnpx create-payload-app@latest
  2. In admin panel create a few posts (or seed) and add a link to another document

  3. Visit a post where you add the link
  4. See the error

I have the same issue in website template, when linking internally it errors:
Lexical => JSX converter: Link converter: found internal link, but internalDocToHref is not provided
I checked database, just # stores for internal links! while external links work as expected.
