This Gateway has incomplete Payum flow (use diagram on https://github.com/Payum/Payum/blob/master/docs/get-it-started.md for reference).

Status and Capture action reject any model that does not already contain Paynl order ID:

Status action has to support any action, even without Paynl Order ID.
Capture action needs to be able to establish the Paynl ID.

As it stands now, this bundle can't be used in Payum implementations, for example in Sylius.
