There are no parts specified for the following locations on the PCB in the BOM:

The below parts won't be assembled due to data missing:

U11,
U10,
U4,
JP1 => found JP1 Hall effect sensor for cams but others don't seems to be labeled front or back.
P1,
P2

parts don't exist in the BOM file
labels don't appears as visible in the PCB layout.
... Off looking for a cad program to see where these labels are hiding.
