Bake in whatrecord version number to cache files #173

Current Behavior

whatrecord has a fancy caching mechanism with built-in version numbering
It expects the developer to not be lazy and update version numbers
Version numbers for dumped cache files don't include version numbers of descendants
Cache loading can fail when serialized data mismatches

Possible Solution

Bake in at least the major/minor version of whatrecord in cache filenames
