Implement HTTP Connection support #1

Current version supports only websocket connections.

In order to support HTTP we will need to support a few different protocols over HTTP including long polling and callback-polling.

Expected handling for HTTP connections and protocols is defined in the bayeux definition: http://svn.cometd.com/trunk/bayeux/bayeux.html
