app not starting #3

Doesn't seem like there are any replies here, but posting anyway.
I purchased the NoWiFi app from the MS App store yesterday but it's not working at all.
When I try to start the NoWifi app, it will only stay visible for a second and then it closes automatically. It doesn't matter to which wifi I'm connected (tried various) and even disconnected from any wifi : the app will not stay open. It automatically closes.
I can see the process appearing in the Windows 10 Task Manager but when I refresh (or wait), the process is gone again.
Anyone here that has an idea?
