Reconcile remaining inlined stylings

Summary

As #41 progresses, cuiloa's stylings will be codified into the theme defaults. It would be good to grep the entire code base and ensure all inline stylings with theme defaults get removed, not just those within the new ui components being delivered.

With all the recent updates to tables and layouts (#172, #135) , I believe the only remaining issues are:

• to consolidate any stylings that involve media queries (Mobile #166)
• updates to TransactionBodyView (Convert TransactionView and ActionView to use data tables #123)
