Candlestick graph boxes are often too small to mouseover

now looking at live data in the candlestick graph that i didn't generate myself, it seems like the box dimensions need some adjustment, because open/close prices within a block are often too close to provide a reasonable pointer target to activate the tooltip.

also, volume should be represented in a more intuitive way - currently it is only represented in the tooltip
