Limit number of completed PerconaXtraDBClusterBackup's

Proposal

I would like to be able to configure and restrict the number of completed PerconaXtraDBClusterBackup's that are retained in Kubernetes, maybe default to 5. Current there seems to be an endless number of these which i have to manually remove to clean up my kubectl get pods display.

Also, Is there a reason CronJobs are not used here instead of Jobs?
