For each subproject, the following updates need to be reviewed and applied as needed:
- README.md — ensure accuracy and reflect current state
- CLAUDE.md — add or update AI coding assistant context
- GitHub workflows
- fix CI path filtering for doc-only changes
- remap overhead jobs to ubuntu-latest runners
- Update Branch Protection Rulesets
- Remove k8s endpoint from rickshaw - deprecation expires at end of 1Q2026
- Update tool's rickshaw.json - remove references to k8s endpoint
