Audit: Fix stale documentation and remove vestigial Perl packages

CLAUDE.md stale references:

• References schema/run.json (should be run-file.json)
• References removed engine files (bootstrap, engine-script, engine-script-library)
• References non-existent engine.runtime setting
• Lists removed workflows (faux-crucible-ci.yaml, faux-unittest.yaml)
• Wrong path for SOURCE-IMAGES-SERVICE-OVERVIEW.md

README.md:

• Uses --endpoint:ssh: (should be --endpoint:remotehosts:)
• Shows direct CLI invocation (current usage is via run files)

workshop.json:

• Remove 7 vestigial Perl RPM packages (no .pl/.pm files exist)
