Audit: Add controller section and post-process script

rickshaw.json has no controller section. No post-process script exists. kernel tool data (turbostat, perf, trace-cmd) is collected but never post-processed into CDM metrics.

• Add controller section to rickshaw.json
• Create kernel-post-process script
• Wire orphaned workshop requirements to userenvs
• Add .gitignore
