ControlBlock Version 1.6 fails to install. Missing CMakelists.txt file #7

I keep getting an error that I'm missing "CMakelists.txt" file when i try to run the following command:

mkdir build && cd build && cmake ..

My ControlBlock version is 1.6 and I am trying to install it on a Raspberry Pi 3 with RetroPie 4.4.
