Error: You did not pass an authentication token

Hi,

This seems a useful and enlightening project. Thanks for sharing your work.

When I run npm run agent I get:

ApiError: Request to https://api.replicate.com/v1/models/meta/meta-llama-3-8b-instruct/predictions failed with status 401 Unauthorized: {"title":"Unauthenticated","detail":"You did not pass an authentication token","status":401}

Maybe something to do with my Replicate.com setup? Have you seen this error?
