help with configmap and docker.io

I'm looking at https://github.com/phenixblue/imageswap-webhook/blob/master/docs/configuration.md
and the example for cache rewrite for dicker.io do not work

default::
docker.io::
docker.io/library::harbor.example.com/library

adding above will rewrite libraries, and will allow correct look-up for them on dockerhub but will not rewrite org ones

however i think proper syntax to make it work is:

default::
docker.io/library::harbor.example.com/library
docker.io::harbor.example.com
