We are going to try out an OpenAI integration to see what it can do for generating program code.

I did a little exploration to hook up to the API and got a basic chat-bot working with it. But it doesn't seem good to commit to main branch yet. We are pausing work on this for a few days while we learn more about realistic generative capabilities. So this will sit in a branch for the moment.
