Create a complete example executable with Docker Compose

Currently this will only set up a web server. In the future, when the paywall code is moved to a wall package, and payment code is moved to the pay package, the example could contain both, a container with the web service, as well as a container with a CLI that enables the user to consume a server with one command, where the payment takes place in the background, visible to the user via terminal output.
